Why this tool

The right way up, every time.

  • Quarter turns, no quality loss

90° and 180° turns move pixels exactly — no blur, no resampling. PNG stays lossless.

  • Flip and mirror

Mirror a selfie, or flip a scan that came out upside down, horizontally or vertically.

  • Straighten

Tilt by fractions of a degree to level a horizon. The canvas grows so nothing is cut off.

  • See it first

Every thumbnail turns as you press the buttons, so you know exactly what you’ll get.

  • Batch and ZIP

Work on up to 30 images in one go and download them all as a single ZIP file.

  • Stays on your device

Everything happens in your browser. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to save a result to your private Library.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Rotating, flipping and straightening photos, explained.

How do I rotate a picture 90 degrees?

Select your picture, press Right to turn it 90° clockwise (or Left for counter-clockwise), then press Rotate and download it. Press twice for 180°.

How do I flip or mirror an image?

Press Horizontal to mirror it left-to-right, or Vertical to flip it upside down. You can combine flips with a rotation.

Does rotating reduce image quality?

Not for 90° and 180° turns or flips — pixels are moved exactly. JPG files are re-saved at high quality, which is visually the same. Choose PNG if you need a lossless file.

Why do my photos show sideways in some apps?

Phones often save photos as they were taken and add a note saying which way is up. Some apps ignore that note. Rotating here bakes the right orientation into the pixels, so every app shows it the same way.

Can I rotate many images at once?

Yes — add up to 30 images and they all get the same rotation and flip. Download them together as a ZIP.

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. Everything runs in your browser on your own device. Images are only uploaded if you press “Save to Library” — and then they’re stored privately in your account, where only you can see them.

Can I keep the results in my dropNudge Library?

Yes. When your images are ready, press “Save to Library”, sign in with your email (it opens in a small window, so your work stays put) and pick a folder. Saved images are private, kept until you delete them, and count towards your 50 GB of storage.

Is it free?

Yes. There’s no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit — use it as often as you like.

Need to send it?

Share your images — or any file up to 6 GB — with a link. No account needed.
